Define what you are Managing

When managing holistically, there is an important reason why you should begin by clearly defining the economic whole under your management.  Just as every human is utterly unique (there will never be another ‘you’), so too is every economic whole unique.  The important part is defining what makes each economic whole unique.  Once it has been defined, it can be managed.

When defining an economic whole, we have found that there are three key things you need to identify.  Together these define the unique aspects of each economic whole under management:
  1. Who are the decision-makers?
  2. What is their ‘resource base’?
  3. Where does the money come from, to execute their decisions?
If you would like to go straight to defining your economic whole, you can access more video and audio on the subject, and download the single sheet of paper you'll need by going here.
